♥ Dream Concert – It is one of the biggest annual concerts in Korea, and it have some of the biggest names in K-Pop appear on the same stage. In recent years it has been a source of discontent between the fandoms due to unhappiness with allocations of sections, too many tickets being given out for the amount of available seats, and internal issues between the fandoms (such as the 2008 Dream Concert).

♥ Gaon Chart – One of two popular music charts in Korea (together with the Hanteo Chart), created in 2009 to be Korean version of the Oricon chart in Japan and Billboard in America. It is run by the Korea Music Concert Industry Association. The charts (album chart, single chart, streaming chart, download chart, BGM chart, mobile chart, and noraebang chart) are released every Friday.

♥ Music Core – A live music show that airs every Saturday at 4:20 PM KST on KBS, and it is officially hosted by Tiffany (Girls Generation) and Yuri (Girls Generation). However, due to the hosts busy schedules temporary hosts have been used on a weekly basis to fill in their absence. Music Core does not announce a winner at the end of the show.

♥ Mutizen – An award given to the winner at the end of every Inkigayo show. It’s a combination of the words ‘music’ and ‘netizen’, representing the fact that the award is largely a representation of the netizen’s opinion about music. Inkigayo’s rules state that a group or idol can only win 3 mutizen awards per promotional cycle, and if they do they are given a Triple Crown and get taken out of the running for 1st place.

♥ Triple Crown – The name of the award given to the groups/idols who win three weeks during one promotional cycle on M!Countdown and Inkigayo before being “retired” from the running for 1st place.
