K-Pop Review: Tasty - Day `n Night

Well, I wasn’t expecting a comeback from Tasty, how in the world did I miss their teasers? Well, anyway, this song is so good… It’s quite different from You Know Me, it has a more serious sound, and more of a hip hop feel to it. I really wasn’t expecting something like this from them, and when I saw this video in the qenue I was sure that it was going to be a fun dance-track. I really thought that kind of music suited them, but man was I wrong. This song is just so perfect for their voices, and it also lets them shine with their dancing like the amazing dancers that they are. I mean, if they haven’t proved it before they sure have now.

And the video, I love it! I mean, yes, there have been many videos with the gangster theme during the last year or so, but I can’t help but to love it! And in this video it’s really well made, but it’s not like all of the other ones. Tasty is not a part of a gang, nor are they one by themselves. They are just innocent bystanders really. And they fall in love with a girl who somehow is connected to a gang or the mafia. And in the end she betrays them and they get beat up (and die?) by the members of the gang/mafia that come to get her.

What do you people think about this song and video?
